Content (texts, concepts, moodboards) created by BrianStyles remains its intellectual property until full payment is received. The user obtains a personal use license for the accepted final elements. Any commercial reproduction requires a written agreement.

BrianStyles cannot be held responsible for purchasing decisions, subjective interpretations of image, or indirect consequences related to the use of the advice. Creativity and identity are personal and evolving processes.

BrianStyles reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of substantial changes. Either party may terminate the support with 15 days' notice. No refund is due for services already rendered.
